AutoCAD Technician
Part-Time, Contract, Remote or In-House
Position is on call and flexible initially. Once you've proven yourself, you could take on as many hours as you want. • Assist Designer with construction drawings for residential design projects and other drawings as needed.
• Prepare complete and accurate construction plans, specifications, and detailed drawings.
• Provide necessary and correct measurements and details for each plan so our
sub-contractors and vendors know exactly what we want to build and how to build it.
• Maintain an organized file system of plans, update plans and changes as needed and communicate with designer any changes that have been made.
• Up to date knowledge of building codes and building materials as well as applications of those materials. • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through and ability to keep detailed documentation.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills. • Service oriented mindset with a team player attitude.
• At least 3 years of experience in AutoCAD
• 1-3 years of Residential Home Designing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture or equivalent computer drafting programs.
